Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days – Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days – Available at an additional cost

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination – Rates calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders Vault Source ships worldwide. Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages Vault Source is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
